When I was in the 5th grade of elementary school, I fell in love with hip hop after listening to RUN DMC for the first time, and passed 80's POP that was popular when I was in junior high school, but when I went to England, I was inspired by THE CURE and THE CULT. Perhaps because of that, I try not to have a fixed concept for music. Music is an evolving lifeform, and I think it's good to pursue a sound that sounds "good" each time. So, recently I've been listening to a variety of genres, not only the music I listen to at the club but also the music I listen to while moving or before going to bed to keep my mental condition.
Nowadays, we are in a market where we can't sell CDs, and we're in a situation where we can't sell it if it's text music.
I think that the music that can survive even in such a state is really good music, so I think it can be said that the music scene is unhappy while the economic situation in the world is deteriorating. Now that the number of parties is decreasing compared to 2008, I think 2009 will be the year when we only filter high quality items in many ways.
Meanwhile, I chose the works of artists who are still loved over time.
