When I was a high school student, M TV suddenly started at Sony presents, and it was greatly influenced by music videos. From that time, video and music became a set for me.
By the way, much of what I've done in the past is making games, making music videos, writing stories, and writing lyrics. That's why I have many opportunities to ask musicians to write songs. I've been working with Ken Ishii on "Rez", Shinichi Osawa on "Lumines", and Michael Jackson on "Space Channel 5". I have also started a unit called Genki Rockets.
For me, music is an inspiration source in itself, so I listen to it all the time. Most of them are in the car, while walking. While I'm abroad, I always carry a piece of music that is in the process of completion to see how it feels in the land.
Recently, I've been recording various sounds by myself, the sounds of the waves I have taken in Hawaii, the sounds of rain in Bali, the crowds of the back alleys in Paris, and so on. I work while mixing my favorite music.
