music BATON 56th runner: Keiichi Sokabe wrote:

Around the age when I wanted to listen to Japanese songs carefully.
Recent Japanese pop music is full of singers who sing fabricated words as if they were the voice of their heart.
However, the songs of the singers who utter the words that had to be sung by all means were beautiful and strong like ancient weapons.
I want to continue searching for such songs everyday, and I hope my music is like that.

  • Product name

On a day when it's nothing / Masato Tomobe

Among the many masterpieces of Tomobe-san, this studio live album is very simple, and Tomobe-san's song jumps into my heart. "I" is a masterpiece that has nothing to compare with it.

Oil Bako (aka wooden board) / Oil Bako

Riding on a sharp rock-n-roll locomotive that is mad and disciplined, the ever-changing view of life and the tingling realism that is rolling every day. Transparent and blue music.

  • Product name

    I had a meal / Akiko Yano

I love "I have a meal" that concludes the album. Listening to this in the work room makes me want to go home.

  • Product name

    Malacca / PANTA & HAL

A stateless style rock full of sex appeal and addiction. The music was packed with souvenirs of every musical journey produced by Keiichi Suzuki, but the feeling that remains after listening is the kindness of poetry spun in the eyes of a straight boy with Panta.
